1. About this policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Most technologies ("we", "us", or "our") handles personal information in connection with Most Form to Email Notifications (the "App"), including its license verification and buyer support. The App helps users create and send emails from Google Sheets and Google Forms responses, format tables, generate attachments, schedule summaries, apply sending conditions, and transfer selected information between spreadsheets.

This policy describes the App, not every unrelated service that may appear on a website linked from it. Google and Razorpay also process information under their own privacy policies.

2. Information the App accesses or processes

Google account information. The App accesses the signed-in user's Google account email address to identify the account and check its license or plan.

Spreadsheet and form-response information. Depending on the features you use, the App processes spreadsheet names, identifiers, tab names, column headings, cell values, row numbers, timestamps, and form responses stored in linked spreadsheets. This can include personal information that you or your form respondents put into those spreadsheets.

Email information. The App processes recipient addresses, including To, CC, and BCC, subjects, message templates, merged values, formatted tables, and PDF or CSV attachments needed to create, preview, or send your messages.

Configuration and automation information. The App stores settings such as selected columns, formatting choices, destination spreadsheets, sending conditions, additional-message settings, scheduling choices, and automation state in Google Apps Script properties associated with the user or spreadsheet. Some settings are shared at the spreadsheet level.

Activity records. The App can keep a hidden log tab inside your spreadsheet containing sending or processing information, recipient addresses, subjects, timestamps, and snapshots of source rows. A snapshot can contain ALL columns in a row, not only columns selected for the email table. A hidden tab is not a separate security boundary: people with sufficient spreadsheet access may be able to view it.

License, purchase, and support information. License verification uses your Google account email address and plan or entitlement information. Purchase and support records may include the email address supplied at checkout, payment references, transaction status, correspondence, and information needed to resolve a refund or activation issue. The App does not ask you to enter card numbers, CVVs, or banking passwords into its sidebar.

3. How information is used

We use information to provide the features you configure, including preparing and sending emails, generating attachments, producing scheduled summaries, applying conditions, transferring rows, saving settings, and showing previews or activity records.

We also use account, license, purchase, and support information to activate paid features, verify purchases, handle refunds, respond to requests, investigate errors or misuse, maintain the service, and meet applicable legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use Google user data for advertising, profiling for advertising, credit scoring, or training generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.

4. Where information goes

Google. The App runs through Google Apps Script and uses Google services to access authorized spreadsheets and form-response data, store settings and logs, manage automation triggers, generate outputs, and send email. Google also hosts the Apps Script license-verification endpoint used by the App. Google's handling of information is described at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

Razorpay. Payments are handled by Razorpay. Razorpay processes the payment and checkout information you provide, according to its own terms and privacy policy. Purchase verification may use payment references, payment status, and your purchase email address. See https://razorpay.com/privacy/.

Google Fonts. The current sidebar loads fonts from Google Fonts. This involves a browser request to Google that can disclose technical information such as an IP address and request headers. Google describes its font-service privacy practices at https://developers.google.com/fonts/faq/privacy.

Recipients and destination spreadsheets you choose. Email recipients receive the content and attachments you configure. Copies or transfers to another spreadsheet become accessible according to that spreadsheet's sharing permissions. You are responsible for checking recipient addresses, selected columns, attachments, and destination access before enabling sending or transfers.

Support and legal disclosures. Information may be accessed when necessary to respond to a support request, protect the service, investigate abuse, or comply with a valid legal obligation. Access to Google user data remains subject to the limitations below.

5. Google API Services User Data Policy and Limited Use

Most Form to Email Notifications' use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Google user data is used only to provide or improve appropriate, prominent user-facing features. We do not sell it, share it with data brokers, use it to serve advertisements, or use it for lending or creditworthiness decisions.

We do not permit people to read Google user data except where allowed by Google's policy: with your affirmative agreement to view specific data, where necessary for security, to comply with applicable law, or for permitted internal operations using aggregated data. Any transfer in connection with a business sale or similar transaction will be subject to applicable law and Google's requirements, including explicit prior consent where required.

Policy reference: https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy.

6. Storage and retention

Source spreadsheets, destination spreadsheets, sent emails, and delivered attachments remain in the relevant Google accounts or recipients' systems unless their owners delete them. Uninstalling the App does not erase those items.

The App stores configuration in Google Apps Script properties. Activity logs can contain full row snapshots and are pruned by record count rather than by a fixed number of days; the current implementation reduces the log to approximately the newest 2,000 records when it exceeds approximately 3,000 records. Records below that threshold may remain until deleted.

We retain license and purchase records for as long as reasonably needed to administer the purchased license, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and satisfy applicable tax, accounting, or legal requirements. Support records are retained only as needed for those purposes. Retention can continue where required by law or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. Contact us for information about records associated with your account.

7. Your choices, access, and deletion

You can change the App's settings, disable configured automations, remove triggers associated with the App, uninstall it, and revoke its Google account access at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. Disabling one sending option may not disable other independently configured automations, so review all enabled functions.

Revoking access stops future authorized access but does not automatically remove stored settings, spreadsheet logs, copied rows, or emails already delivered. You or your spreadsheet administrator can delete logs and data in spreadsheets you control. Recipients control their own email copies.

To request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information held by us, email info@mosttechnologies.in. We may verify your identity and authority before responding. We will respond within applicable legal time limits. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations, disputes, security, or purchase verification. Deleting license-identification records may prevent us from recognizing a paid entitlement; we will explain relevant consequences when handling your request.

Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent, obtain portability, or complain to the appropriate data-protection authority. Withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully carried out.

8. Security and international processing

We use reasonable measures appropriate to the information and the service, including Google account authorization and access controls. Users must protect their own Google accounts, devices, spreadsheet sharing settings, and recipient lists. No service can guarantee absolute security.

Google and Razorpay may process information in countries other than your own under their respective arrangements. We do not promise India-only storage. Applicable safeguards and legal requirements must be observed for international transfers.

9. Children and information about other people

The App is intended for adults and authorized organizational users, not for use directly by children. If your forms or spreadsheets contain information about children or other individuals, you must have the required authority, notices, consents, and safeguards. Contact us if you believe we have improperly received a child's personal information.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this policy to reflect changes in the App or legal requirements. We will publish the revised policy with an updated effective date and provide additional notice or obtain consent where required, including before using Google user data for a materially different purpose.
