1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms govern your use of Most Form to Email Notifications (the "App") and purchases of its paid features from Most technologies ("we", "us", or "our"). Review these Terms and the Privacy Policy before using or buying the App. By accepting these Terms during installation, activation, or checkout, you agree to them. If you act for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.
You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter into a contract, and authorized to use the relevant Google account and data.
2. What the App provides
The App provides email-creation and automation features for Google Sheets and Google Forms response data. Features may include column merging, formatted tables, PDF and CSV attachments, scheduled summaries, conditional sending, additional messages, row transfers, previews, and sending from selected rows.
Availability depends on your purchased plan, configuration, permissions, Google's limits, and the features described at purchase. A preview or copy action does not itself send an email. You must use the appropriate sending action or enable the relevant automation.
The App is an independent product. It is not Google, and no affiliation with, endorsement by, or guarantee from Google is implied. Razorpay is a payment provider, not the provider of the App.
3. Google account and permissions
You must maintain an eligible Google account, grant the permissions needed for the features you use, and comply with applicable Google terms and your organization's policies. Organization administrators may restrict installation or permissions.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account, including activity from installed automation triggers. Keep your account secure and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized license use.
4. Plans and license
Basic features are available without a paid license. Advanced and Pro features require the corresponding paid entitlement.
Unless a different offer is clearly stated and accepted at checkout, a paid plan is a one-time purchase for one Google account, identified by the email address used for the purchase and license verification. Use the same Google account email during purchase and activation. A purchase does not create an organization-wide or multi-account license.
Changing the interface mode does not create or upgrade a paid entitlement. Activation depends on successful payment verification and recognition by the license server. An outage or verification error can temporarily delay recognition.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the purchased features for your lawful personal or internal business activities, subject to these Terms. You do not acquire ownership of the App's code, design, or brand. Account changes, transfers, team use, reseller rights, or multiple-user licenses require our written confirmation.
A one-time payment is not a recurring subscription. It does not by itself promise perpetual operation of third-party services, unlimited sending, or all future products, major upgrades, custom work, or support services. Any express license-duration, update, or support commitments in your accepted purchase offer remain applicable and are not reduced by this clause.
5. Prices, payment, and activation
The price, currency, taxes, and purchased plan will be displayed at checkout. Payments are processed by Razorpay and are subject to its applicable payment terms. We do not ask for your card PIN, CVV, banking password, or one-time password through support.
Keep your order or payment reference. If payment succeeds but activation fails, contact info@mosttechnologies.in with the purchase email address, payment reference, purchase date, and a description of the issue. Do not send payment credentials.
Future price changes do not retroactively change the price of a completed purchase. Any separate recurring offer must clearly disclose its billing, renewal, and cancellation conditions before you accept it; these Terms do not authorize recurring charges for the current one-time purchase.
6. Thirty-day refund policy
You may request a refund within 30 calendar days of the date of your purchase.
To request it, email info@mosttechnologies.in from the purchase email address, or provide sufficient evidence that you are the purchaser. Include your payment reference, purchase date, purchased plan, and a short description of your request. A reason helps us improve the App but does not shorten the 30-day window.
We will verify the purchase and process a valid request under this policy. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where supported by Razorpay. The time until the money appears depends on the payment processor and financial institution; we do not promise an instant credit.
After a paid purchase is refunded, the associated paid entitlement will be revoked. Refunds do not recall emails already sent or delete customer-owned spreadsheets or attachments.
Requests outside the 30-day window are reviewed individually, without limiting remedies required by applicable law. Mandatory consumer rights and remedies for defective, misdescribed, or undelivered services continue to apply regardless of this policy. Do not share passwords or sensitive payment information to obtain a refund.
7. Your responsibility for emails and data
You retain ownership of your spreadsheet data, form responses, templates, and other content. You authorize processing only as needed to provide the configured features and administer the service, subject to the Privacy Policy.
Before enabling automation, check recipients, merge fields, conditions, selected columns, full-row logs, attachments, selected rows, destination spreadsheets, schedules, and sharing permissions. Test with non-sensitive data and your own recipient address first.
You are responsible for having a lawful basis and all required permissions or consents to collect, process, email, and transfer information about other people. When sending marketing messages, comply with applicable consent, identification, and opt-out requirements. The App does not automatically make a campaign legally compliant.
Keep backups of important information. Email deliveries and transfers can expose data outside the source spreadsheet, and a delivered email cannot reliably be recalled.
8. Acceptable use
Do not use the App for spam, phishing, impersonation, fraud, unlawful surveillance, malware, harassment, or other unlawful activity. Do not access or disclose information without authorization, bypass paid-plan checks or Google quotas, misuse another person's account, or interfere with the service.
You must not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or misrepresent the App as your own product without written permission. Restrictions on copying or reverse engineering apply only to the extent permitted by law and do not override rights granted under an applicable open-source or separately supplied license.
9. Automation, timing, and service limits
Google controls Apps Script execution, email quotas, permissions, trigger behavior, and service availability. Sending can fail or be delayed because of quota exhaustion, invalid addresses, incomplete data, authorization changes, organizational restrictions, third-party outages, or recipient filtering. Successful submission does not guarantee inbox placement or delivery.
Scheduled triggers are approximate rather than a promise of delivery at an exact minute. Check the spreadsheet time zone and schedule. Daily-summary content follows the App's configured collection window; it should not be treated as a certified accounting or compliance report.
Different automations can operate independently. Turning off one auto-email switch may not disable conditional sending, summaries, transfers, or other triggers. Review all enabled functions when stopping the service. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation or error-free, exactly-once processing.
10. Privacy and confidentiality
Our Privacy Policy explains the information processed by the App, Google services, license verification, and Razorpay payments. Read it before enabling the App.
You are responsible for deciding whether your intended use requires a data-processing agreement or additional legal, organizational, or security safeguards. Do not assume the App is suitable for regulated or highly sensitive information without an appropriate assessment.
11. Support, updates, and changes
Support is available at info@mosttechnologies.in. Unless separately agreed in writing, we do not promise a particular response time, custom implementation, training service, service-level agreement, or uninterrupted availability.
We may provide fixes, updates, and changes to maintain functionality, security, and compatibility. We will not use a general update clause to remove mandatory consumer rights or contradict an express purchase commitment. Material changes affecting existing paid access will be communicated where required, with any legally required remedies.
12. Suspension, termination, and stopping use
You may stop using the App at any time. Disable the applicable automations and triggers, uninstall the App, and revoke its Google permissions as appropriate. Uninstalling does not itself request a refund or automatically delete spreadsheet logs, settings, copies, or delivered emails.
We may suspend or terminate paid access for fraud, payment reversal or refund, unlawful use, license abuse, or a material breach of these Terms. Where practical and appropriate, we will explain the issue and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve it. Immediate action may be necessary to address security, unlawful activity, or a legal requirement. Any action remains subject to applicable consumer law and purchase commitments.
13. Warranties and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available" without additional warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or guaranteed email delivery.
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable to the other for indirect or consequential losses arising from the App. Our aggregate liability arising from a purchased license will not exceed the total amount paid for that license, except where this limit is prohibited by law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable, or any liability, statutory guarantee, refund right, or consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. A disclaimer does not excuse failure to meet an express purchase commitment.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Please first contact info@mosttechnologies.in so we can try to resolve a concern.
Subject to mandatory law, courts with competent jurisdiction in Uttar Pradesh, India may hear disputes. This clause does not remove any right to approach a consumer commission, regulator, or other court available to you under mandatory law, including protections applicable in your place of residence.
15. Changes, other terms, and contact
We may update these Terms and publish a revised effective date. Material changes will be notified where required, and new consent will be obtained where legally necessary. Changes will not retroactively remove accrued refund rights or mandatory consumer protections.
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the specific offer accepted at checkout govern your purchase and use. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
