This project enabled my client to analyze sales margins on his equipment rental business, by matching equipment revenues from the sales platform to  expenses extracted from a QBO income statement. 

📒  Achieved

Data analytics of various QBO statements for easy, clear and flexible data analysis.  This client is the domain of Equipment hire. For this client, we merged his external data source of sales data with QBO exported income statement data.

Program was made flexible to add new QBO and sales data statements every month to a folder. Our Excel power Queries would read all folders and present data as needed. Final output resulted in a detailed margin analysis for clients to be able to view equipment wise fuel costs, man hours , insurance Gross profit and net profit for each equipment .
