View analysis and future projections of rental income based upon rent and expense escalations, match data of property management file with Income statements to do expense escalation scenario analysis across multiple properties in a portfolio.

This project enabled my client to analyze previous year rent files from rental software platform financial and expense data from an accounting data file source. Based on this input data we enabled adding escalation for different rental properties or different expense categories. Also users can mark some properties as occupied and rented in future months. Shows color coded cross table of property and Months occupied  and rents receivable. Have property Data and Tenant data tables. Merge future projected cash flows to arrive at future earnings and cumulative earnings.  We can develop similar  projects  customized to your needs.
