Land Sale and Purchase Data analysis across different types of payment plans and calculations for various associated expenses.

This project enabled my client in Florida, to process and analyze data related to his land purchase and sale, with various calculations. Land plots were sold either on flip basis or on Installment basis and records 5 different types of expenses and taxes. Inventory tab shows current inventory of Land available, with analysis of acres, price per acre, market value and notional profit. Sale tab data is split to classify and record data for installment sales by expanding each sale to X number of rows to record payments received. Then revenues of both sales are merged to one sale tab to do profitability calculations taking into account various direct expenses, Brokerages, commissions, taxes etc. There are various analytics for profit projections by property, by state etc.
