Track Project completion timelines based upon completion dates and delays of individual subtasks.

📒  Achieved

This project enabled my client to track various tasks and meetings, some of which were dependent on completion of other sub tasks. This displayed and re-calculated overall project completion timelines, expected end dates based on delays of sub tasks. The tasks were categorized by class and person. A setup tab enabled dropdowns to define each task by person, department, Priority and percent completion. Project status reasons could be defined multiple times on any date and mark review meetings. A dashboard enabled department wise view of aggregated status of their various projects, sub tasks, days behind and average completion dates. A pie chart to show completion status. This gives a picture of the final project timeline to the manager.
