| A tool to analyze Utilities like Electricity, Gas, Telephone and internet data across various locations or stores spread across states for a company. This app consolidates all data pasted from website to specific tabs, or reads from downloaded files, checks the minimum amounts of a utility provider for that month. This is calculated per square footage of store, User can specify a target of 2 to 10% allowable variance across stores from Minimum, bill in iin Dollars per Square foot of store. This target amount is comapred across other stores withing that utility circle of stores to show variance in Dollars per Square foot of store areas and also wastage from minimum target amounts in Dollar amounts. This helped my client email his stores and expects to save almost half of $ 200,000 reported as wastages by us. |
