Payroll & HR Processes
• One of our major tasks is to do biweekly payroll for about 700 employees spread across 4 states and 80 store locations.
• Their timesheet data is compiled from POS system reports and processed using software ADP WFN software for payroll processing.
• We speed up the work for our client by some minor automation tools built by us using excel power Queries, that have eliminated various manual data entry tasks.
• We assist us in various linking, upload and verification tasks between Time clock software data and Payroll software.
• We have developed about 20 different excel power query transformations to process payroll.
• We process calculations for employee benefits like Incentives, Bonus, Miles and commissions.
• We process Vacation and time off hours, policies and cleanup. We do PTO hours and policy processing by uploads to ADP.
• We use combination of Google forms and excel to onboard new employees, and upload their data using excel files to ADP.
• We use similar automated transformations for employee changes like Status changes, pay rate changes and employee terminations. So Google form data is linked to Excel to make various transformations to make a uploadable file for Payroll software.
• We have developed various checks to prevent errors in payroll, check duplicate employees working across stores, check duplicate employee IDs, Terminate inactive employees to prevent blank pay stub charges, do rehire of returning employees by uploads to payroll platform in ADP, Identify Employees needing Physical checks.
• Give various summaries and analysis of payroll, time off, Overtimes, Incentives, Miles, PTO across stores.
• We do various validation checks to ensure all employees have correct data going into final batches of payroll software of ADP.

Data Analytics
• Various tools are used to assist stores time to time.
• We use our data analytics skills to generate various small automated excel files to assist our clients.
• Provide assistance in prep of Goal Sheets
• Assistance with adhoc tasks.
• Internal Email correspondence with retail stores
• Manage online presence and keep updated on tools such as Google Maps and Apple Business listings.
• For our Realtor Client, we assist in merging and auto categorizing monthly statements from various platforms, including, bank statements , Card statements, geek pay and stripe. Our app, categorizes almost 90% transactions automatically by searching our keywords in transaction details.
• We enter and link various Land sale and purchase data to match it with Bank and Geek pay statements t give required analytics.
• For our Placement agency client, we help maintain the 3 projects built for them.
• One of them is CRM analysis, where we consolidate data files from Bullhorn and 3CX platforms to give employee sales and calls performance metrics. ABout 15 of relevant 50 parameters are analyzed to give employee level and team level performance KPi’s.
