This project enabled my client to read and merge different sources of Bank, Credit card  & Stripe statement files. This project enabled us to auto categorize bank expenses and give various summaries and analytics.

📒  Achieved

This project was made for my client in Florida and he became our regular client ever since Feb 2024. This project enabled my client to add various bank or card statements in designated google drive folders. The project excel file can read data and merge various statement files from specific statement formats of Wells Fargo bank, Amex card, Stripe into 1 standard file format.  Users can define keywords to look for in the merged statement file and auto categorize his transactions.  There is a setup tab to enter dropdown choices, set keywords for categorization. Provision to manually correct categories and define top level category groups for each category.  There are various summaries to view Income , expense and transfers, Statement wise, category wise or month wise with various filter slicers and pivot table summaries. There is an expense dashboard with pie charts. Users can view monthly profits and retained earnings to build a cash flow. Users can set Budgets for each Category to analyze  variance and percent variance for each category, Also see Month On Month variance.
