This data analysis helped my client to analyze large data sets of 900 employees across over 80 stores to see top stores with regular hours, Top stores with Average highest regular hours based on number of employees per store. Also incentives earned are analyzed from highest earning stores and highest earning employees to point out discrepancies or fraudulent activities. Incentives earned are also shown as a ratio of Hours worked in a store to earn the incentives to look for unusual patterns. Similarly Miles accrued by store employees are analyzed and presented for highest and cumulative Miles benefits. Similarly PTO earned is shown as a ratio of Hours worked to look for unusual patterns.
