Audit of Medical Benefits data by reconciling and matching data from Employee Navigator Platform for medical benefits paid by employers to matching data from ADP exported files for pay data deductions. This helped coordinate terminations of employees between 2 departments. Some people terminated by one department were being paid medical benefits from the company. This was identified and stopped. In this we compared 8 types of Medical benefits including Dental, Vision and Accident benefits. It also helped in Co-ordinating amounts and getting a concise summarized view of employee benefits paid by the company.
