This project was developed for a client based in the UK, who wanted his individual employee surveys compiled and saved to a specified folder, to be assigned a rating matrix on each parameter by their manager. So each parameter was rated as a text option by his manager. Then each employee was assigned an average score rating based on his self assessment and manager assessment scores. This was displayed Parameter wise, employee wise or Manager wise across different choices of ratings. The final results were shown in cells representing X-Y axis matrix scatter charts in cells with employee names.
